What is considered sleeping through the night?
Sleeping through the night is when baby sleeps 8-12
hours uninterrupted.
Do you work with clients outside of Houston area?
YES, we work with families nationwide although travel fee does apply. Please contact us to let us know how we can serve you.
Can you sleep train my 6 month old?
Yes, at this point it is likely baby will have established sleep associations. We will work with you on gently removing these associations to help baby be able to fall asleep on their own and get a restful sleep throughout the night.
Is swaddling babies safe?
Yes, I recommend swaddling for all newborns. I encourage parents to do their own research as well via numerous articles and medical journals on the benefits and advantages that swaddling provides.
