Many factors play into recovery after giving birth; total responsibility of a teeny tiny new baby, physical rehabilitation, and sleeplessness. We know that preparing you with everything in place is key. We provide personalized, in-home newborn and postpartum care that will not only relieve you of stress but will empower you on your journey into parenthood.
Our ultimate goal is to disrupt the way our community currently views newborn and postpartum care, and promote access and utilization of these services in Rhode Island and beyond.

About the Founder
Veronica Cole is a Newborn Care Specialist and the founder of Houston Newborn Care, LLC. Upon attending Baylor University for undergrad, Veronica realized her passion for children, specifically babies. She continued her studies with courses on child development, child psychology, and courses on sleep training. These courses have taught me to do comprehensive proactive newborn care, safe swaddling techniques, creating safe sleep environments, gentle sleep conditioning, tandem feeding, day and night routine development, supporting multiples and preemies, nutrition and supplementation, knowledge of reflux/GERD/milk protein intolerance, supporting breastfeeding mothers, and work with postpartum mood disorders.
Having helped many families in Houston and surrounding areas, Veronica has established a reputation of professionalism, privacy, and gentle care for little ones. Our mission is to work alongside your family and provide the best care for your newborn as well as mom. Because Veronica’s schedule usually fills quickly for the year we also have a team of newborn care specialists that are thoroughly background checked, CPR and first aid certified, up to date on Tdap as well as Flu shots, and have been personally vetted for their integrity and professionalism. We look forward to working with you and your family to provide a more restful night soon.
